jlibd Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to jlibd, Bangladesh's trusted online betting and casino platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jlibd website, mobile browser experience, and all associated services, products, games, and promotional offers available at jlibd.io (collectively, the "Platform"). 2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the jlibd Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. jlibd does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or participate in any game or promotion on the Platform.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and on your own personal account, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of jlibd or any of its affiliated companies, and you are not an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform under these Terms or any earlier version of them.

jlibd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by jlibd may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating Your Account

To access the full range of services on jlibd, you must register a personal account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date at all times. jlibd is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on jlibd. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or a different identity — is a material breach of these Terms. If jlibd identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, jlibd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all related bets and bonuses, and retain any outstanding balance that was generated through the use of multiple accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be treated as activity carried out by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jlibd immediately by contacting [email protected]. jlibd will take reasonable steps to investigate the matter and, where appropriate, secure your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlibd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of any specific payment method may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Amounts

The minimum deposit amount on jlibd is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits are set on a per-method basis and are displayed at the time of each transaction. jlibd reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Deposits are credited to your jlibd wallet in Bangladeshi Taka immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account and that is registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. jlibd targets a withdrawal processing time of 15–30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. jlibd does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 Refused and Reversed Transactions

jlibd reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, account compromise, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, jlibd will notify you by email and may request additional documentation before processing is resumed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jlibd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events relevant to Bangladesh (such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL season, and T20 World Cup). In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded to your account are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been fully completed. Real-money funds deposited to your account may be used before bonus funds, but the order of play may vary depending on the promotion type. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

jlibd takes bonus abuse seriously. jlibd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where there has been a technical error in the promotion setup, where the promotion has been exploited in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, or where jlibd determines that continuation of the promotion is no longer commercially viable.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

jlibd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not accepted until a confirmation message has been displayed on the Platform. In the event of a technical failure during the bet placement process, jlibd's records shall be the definitive reference for determining whether a bet was accepted and at what odds.

6.2 Obvious Errors in Odds

Where a bet has been placed at odds that were obviously incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed fault, jlibd reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your account balance. An "obvious error" is defined as odds that are materially different from those available in the wider market at the time the bet was placed.

6.3 Sports Betting Markets

jlibd's sports betting markets cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports as added from time to time. All match times are displayed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). The settlement of bets is based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. jlibd is not responsible for delays in official result confirmation.

6.4 Casino and Crash Games

jlibd makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jlibd makes every reasonable effort to maintain the availability of the Platform, scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond jlibd's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. jlibd accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by jlibd

jlibd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jlibd reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, provided false registration information, or where jlibd is required to do so by a legal obligation or court order. Upon termination for cause, jlibd may retain any balance in your account to offset losses caused by your breach, fraud, or illegal conduct.

12.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request the voluntary closure of your jlibd account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, jlibd will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Active bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their applicable market rules, and net winnings (if any) will be included in the final balance return.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jlibd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
